Assam Agricultural University (AAU), Jorhat has published recruitment notification for recruitment of 28 Junior Administrative Assistant, Junior Accountant, Pharmacist, Section Assistant and Junior Electrician posts under Assam Agricultural University Interested and eligible candidates can apply online here.

1.Junior Administrative Assistant(কনিষ্ঠ প্ৰশাসনিক সহায়ক)

No of posts: 10 Nos

Pay: Rs. 14,000 -60,500 + GP: 8,700/-

Education Qualification: The minimum educational qualification of the candidate should be Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Arts/ Commerce of Government. Recognized University.

Desirable Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application.

2.Junior Accountant(জুনিয়ৰ একাউণ্টেণ্ট)

No of posts: 10

Pay: Rs. 14,000 -60,500 + GP: 8,700/-

Education Qualification: The minimum educational qualification of the candidate should be Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Arts/ Commerce of Government. Recognized University.

Desirable Qualification:

Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application.

Experience in Accounts.

3.Pharmacist(ফাৰ্মাচিষ্ট)

No of posts: 1

Pay: Rs. 14,000 -60,500 + GP: 8,700/-

Education Qualifications:

a) The minimum educational qualification of the candidate Class X or equivalent.

b) Diploma in Pharmacy from State/Central Government. Recognized Institutions. . . . .

c) Preference will be given to persons with experience in government service. accredited hospitals.

4.Section Assistant(ছেকচন এচিষ্টেণ্ট)

No of posts: 3

Pay: Rs. 14,000 -60,500 + GP: 6,400/-

Education Qualification:

# Class XII passed from any recognized Board/Council.

# Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application.

5.Junior Electrician(জুনিয়ৰ ইলেক্ট্ৰিচিয়ান)

No of posts: 4

Pay: Rs. 14,000 -60,500 + GP: 6,400/-

Education Qualification: Trade Certificate from any Government. ITI in the trade of Electrician with 2 to 3 years work experience in relevant field.

Residentship: Candidates who are permanent residents of Assam are required to apply for all categories of posts only.

Age Limit(বয়সৰ সীমা): Minimum age of candidates will be 18th years and maximum age limit will be 40 years as on 01 January 2025.

Age Relaxation(বয়সৰ শিথিলতা: Age relaxation for reserved category will be as per Govt policy. of Assam. AAU and Govt. For candidates in permanent service of Assam.
